Ashley Slam Dunk Savings OFFICIAL RULES

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Slam Dunk Savings Giveaway (“Promotion”) begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on March 16, 2026and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on April 6, 2026(“Promotion Period”).

3. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the Philadelphia Designated Market Area (DMA) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or members of the same household are not eligible.  Participating locations include Bensalem, PA, Clifton Heights PA, Conshohocken, PA, Downingtown, PA, Fairless Hills, PA, Montgomeryville, PA, Pottstown, PA, Quakertown, PA, Warminster, PA, Burlington, NJ, Cherry Hill, NJ, Deptford, NJ, Turnersville, NJ,

5. HOW TO ENTER

During the Promotion Period, customers who shop at a participating Ashley locations in the Philadelphia DMA will be automatically entered into the Giveaway when making a purchase.

Alternate Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary): To enter without making a purchase, visit www.AshleyFanCave.com during the Promotion Period and complete an official online entry form or mail your entry to Slam Dunk Savings, 9401 Blue Grass Road, Philadelphia, PA. 19114.

Limit one entry per person per day regardless of method of entry.

6. PRIZES

First Prize: Meet & Greet with Tyrese Maxey, one (1) autographed Tyrese Maxey jersey, and one (1) outdoor basketball hoop and (1) one $500.00 Ashley Gift Card

Second Prize: One (1) autographed Tyrese Maxey jersey and one (1) $500 Fanatics gift card and (1) $250 Ashley Gift Card

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion.

7. WINNER SELECTION

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will occur on or before April 8, 2026. One winner per household.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential winners will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of entry. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is found ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within a reasonable timeframe, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

9. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion.

11. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, city, and state for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
